Warn swing out uses verticle rod (1in)and sleve with a grease nipple and nylon washer for pivot. Add or subtract spacer washers to adjust height, pit pin as lock.
Damn solid.
Also bolts inside frame rail, not just on the rear, 14 bolts onto/into the rear of the Jeep.

Kyro/Steve,
Those pictures do look good and I like (as does everyone!!) the idea of the super low profile rear bars ect, but what about those "balls in hand" moments when you need some people hanging off your car so you dont roll it ? those spotters need to stand on something & they cant exactly stand on the tyres can they !?
You need just a bit of something sticking out (even by say 60-85mm) so they can get a foot up.

yeah i'm not looking for a low profile bumper just looking at the over all design as it would be hard to put the carrier into the bumper if you were going low profile it would end up hitting the rear door..

Found another I like, this is quite close to the style I think I'll be making It was made for a very short time by AEV in the US.
