I must say that when we had our my10 jk it was about 12months or so before I even looked at the soft top boxes... If parts were missing well my fault as I didn't even open the sealed boxes at delivery.... I won't be either when the Rubi arrives. Will put the thing on eBay and maybe get a few cents for it.

Mate I'm the Warranty Administrator for Albion Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Aspley Chrysler Jeep Dodge, if you need the parts let me know and I'm sure we will have a spare pair here somewhere that will get you out of the shit.
Sadly 2 years down the track is a bit long, BUT, having said that we as a dealership would of done something to fix the problem for you.
TheoB, I'm the same had my 2013 4 door for 2 months and haven't even looked at the new softop yet to work out how to put it on. Let me know how you go cause the weather is perfect to ditch the hardtop.

Boys, YouTube is your friend for this. There are step by step videos for how to put the top on. They were done by jeep many moons ago when the jk came out. I will try and find them for u when I get home tonight..

Ok so end of the day, opinions vary and you have been given a few opportunities to resolve your issue for free. I appreciate your upset at the replies from people, so much so that you also needed to post on facebook about how everyone on Ausjeep is a pack of arseholes.
Not everyone agreed with you, but you were offered help also.
What more do you want? Someone to pay postage to you for the items? Maybe someone to come and fit them for you?
