Nope I agree with the rear fog lights. Have a wanker I get stuck behind regularly on the way to work in new Hyundai that always has the damn rear fogs on in perfect weather (maybe they turn with the fronts or maybe just a dick driver)...

Wife has a HYUNDAI Elantra when we got it new the salesperson even pointed that button out to us and said press that when someone gets up your arse that will make them back off. Little red light at the back farking bright as I told her not to use it it only make other drivers mad

I wish people using fog lights were fined. It's very annoying. I am guessing many people don't even know they are fog lights let alone that they are illegal to use.

I don't get why people are annoyed by fog lights. They just look like another set of lights to me. Now a 4x4 with a big lift behind me at night I find more annoying.
