Gas problem????
Anyone have an idea on this one? My gas had run out months ago and because it was sitting in the shed all this time I haven't been able to even use the gas. I have two modules under the bonnet for the gas. One yellow LED is lighting up but the green one on the other module is not. I have replaced the fuse but still nothing. I can't be sure if it is even swapping over to gas as the gas gauge is not lighting up. I am happy to pay for a fix but tomorrow will be too late to try and get it in to one of two gas places in Launceston. And with work there is no way I could get it to a place in opening hours until my next day off in four weeks. I know it's a long shot but does anyone on tonight know about LPG?
Regards A

I know very little about the LPG system. I can tell you there are two black boxes under the hood. One has yellow light the other green. When I push the gas switch the yellow LED does turn off and on. However there green one on the other black box does not. The interior gauge is not lighting up either. It would appear as if the gas might be getting to the engine as it runs rough when I switch between the two at idle.

Sounds like it working ok, might need a turn up on gas. The gauge is a simple set up, a wire from tank goes in gauge then just a negative as well as power, the rest are triggers, check a wire has not came loose near the gauge.

Just had the RACT confirm the relay box is clicking. So it would seem it is running on gas. Guess now I need to sort out why the other black box is not lighting up. Also why the gas gauge is not working either. Gonna have to leave home at 7am and see if the gas place can fit me in. Reckon I have buckly's but gonna have to try. Do you know much about why there is a second black box? I guess if the system can work without it I might have to wait a month and get it fixed then if I can't get it seen to tomorrow.

Most likely a fuse for the gauge & power to the black box. If you can't open this box for an internal fuse, check the fuse box before paying a mechanic. Could be simple.

The fuse is external and I swapped it for another with no luck. The black boxes don't look like they can be opened without causing damage to them.
