Drive shaft Uni Joint Issue
Just wondering if anyone may have any idea's to my Drive shaft issue??
this is the 3rd time it has happened in about 8 months
on the front drive shaft the same Uni joint cap keeps popping out. (the one in the front of the cardan joint.
everything looks fine?
it has me stumped.
Any one have any idea as to why it might be doing it?

How does the circlip groove feel, does the circlip lock in nice and solid?

ill see how it feels tomorrow, ill check it for marks etc.
I believe it was in nice and solid, i always make sure they are, it has always been that same one every time.
I might have to check it for damage?

Have you tried running driveshaft at a different angle? May need to glue cap in place.

I'm sure i'm about to get shunned into my own grave for saying this but i've always put two VERY SMALL tacks on my u-joint caps that i had a bad feeling about.
Just enough for a little extra hold.
