What does "To Suit" mean?
Trying to post on the "Wanted" forum. It requests "To Suit". I'm a Yank and I'm not familiar with that term. Can somebody explain. Thanks.

It should mean what is this part suitable for. Example-this bracket suits a WJ or WK.

Sounds like you are after a part.
'To suit' means that the part is suitable for your jeep.
Like 'To suit a 2000 XJ 4.0 petrol' would make sure those reading knew that it was an update model. For parts like tail lights that change with model year its important.
Good Luck!

Strange how you don’t understand what this means. I’ve just spoken to my in-laws in California plus my brother-in-laws also in SoCal and they knew exactly what I meant. It’s a strange world 😆

In Australia, unlike the US, all Jeep negotiations including buying and selling of parts must be conducted in a business suit.

The phrase "to suit" indicates that the part is appropriate for your Jeep.
