The Congo Cage I can talk about more as I have one. It is in the budget category and works really well. This rack works with the hard top soft top or no top. You can have the Sunrider top open as well. Once the mounting Brackets are fitted it is 4 bolts to fit or remove the rack. You can remove the hard top with the rack fitted and if you have the soft top on you can undo the front two bolts and tip the rack back to open the soft top up. They do provide two prop rods to hold the rack open to drop the top but these are useless on the 4 door as they don't move the rack far enough back to clear the front section as it folds back. They might be fine for the two door though. There is a bit of wind noise from the rack caused by buffet between the windscreen and the front bar of the rack, this can be taken care of by fitting a wind deflector. I run a Rhino Basket on mine.
You should be able to get one here through Quadratec for under AUD$700 including shipping as the 4 dr version retails for US$370

Plus the rack is rated for a about 225 kg.

Hope this helps
My bud got one, there was no drilling... thats why i like it.

The Bestop rack can only be used with the soft top so it seems that the Kargo Master Congo cage is the way to go.

My only concern is whether it is compatible with the AEV snorkel

There's a good review at:

http://www.off-road.com/jeep/project...ack-52875.html

I wasn't sure how the hard top would fit over the rack clamps - now I know that it doesn't

Still, the Congo cage looks OK and Cruisin On is very good to deal with
