Electrical Problems
I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Laredo and I'm having trouble with the electrics. Occassionally the immobiliser won't turn off and the front door will not lock with the central locking so we have to disconnect the battery and reconnect it to activate everything and then it works fine again. but lately we put down the back windows and it wouldn't go back up. We tried disconnecting the battery but this did not work. We took it to an auto electrician and he put power to the motor and he put the windows back up & then proceded to look for the problem without permission and $250 later couldn't find the problem. I heard this is a common problem in Jeeps. Do you know of an auto electrician I can take it to, who knows how to fix it in Adelaide.
