On standard rims with a 2"lift 245x75 is the maximum height tyre that can be fitted. I think Multihull and Wanderer are running them. The only other option is the 255 x 70 but there isn't many tyre producers bringing them in to Australia.

Hi Wanderer, the rims are still on the go centering rings getting made as we speak(case of crownies). Still undecided on 265x65 for availability or 265x70 for extra lift.
By the way may have sourced some tube for the snorkel a mate is bringing some to work for me to look at so if it is ok I will get a couple of 600mm lenghs and post one over.

I read bombers post about the 245x70 MT ATZ and if i find them for the right price then i think ill be going with these.
My ATZs have done almost 70,000kms and are still at about 40% of full tread, at the current rate they'll do 100,00kms without any trouble. Not anywhere near a mud terrain for grip in the very slippery stuff but fine for everything else and with that kind of wear great value for money.

MicFee, Same with Cooper ST LT 245/70R17 they clear the bolt (with 50mm ARB lift)
If you were entertaining 265/70/R17's you would need a serious lift, which would make the vehicle difficult to trade in the future, if you're going down that track speak to CRDSTU from Murchison products.
