Default N00b with a KJ

Hi. First post but have been lurking for a little while. Just picked up on Saturday a 2007 KJ Sport - traded a Chrysler Grand Voyager and the Jeep feels tiny.

Main goal was to get something as new, simple and reliable as possible for my wife to drive on dirt roads visiting friends or whatever, in the KJ range. In the end the petrol won me over in terms of KISS, although the diesel I drove was clearly the sweeter engine (apart from the engine sounding like it was sitting in the passenger seat!).

Put a set of Bridgestone ATR LTs on yesterday and so far am loving the little beastie...but I'll only get to drive it on weekends.

On the up side...I may have found a new hobby
