Default New!! Jeep d44 chromo rear 30 spline shaft kits!

NEW!! NITRO Gear & Axle rear D44 chromoly axle kit

Includes:
*2 HD CHROMO 30 spline axles
*2 SET 10 BEARINGS, SEALS & RETAINERS
*10 thread in studs

Triple drilled wheel patterns 5x4.5” 5x5” 5x5.5”

Nitro Gear & Axle now offers an assortment of Heavy Duty Cut-to-Length (CTL) rear axle shafts. The CTL axle shafts feature extra Long splines and can easily be cut to the desired length with a chop saw. This allows Nitro to use stronger rolled splines rather than cut splines and allows fewer part numbers to cover a wide range of OE and custom applications. This also makes it easier for Offroad, restoration, and Rod Shops to stock axles since they fit so many applications.

No, currently there is only 30 and 35 spline for the JK non Rubicon and the 35 spline upgrade from the 32 spline Rubicon rear. Why do you want 33 spline when there is 35 spline available? Just curious....

I want to fit a Detroit in the rear, the largest spline axle they have for a 44 is 33,

Yes, that would be the scenario where it would be nice to have 33 spline shafts. However, many JK owners do not want mechanical lockers like that in their nice new JK's. Usually they want selectable. I do not foresee anybody making them either due to that fact. Currently you can get 30, 32(Rubicon) and 35. That's it.

Default Problem solved for d44 twisted axles

When i saw this:

I realised that even the acclaimed d44 aint what its cracked up to be. I hadnt twisted an axle on my D30 but now with rcvs I dont expect to.

Enter the new 4140 30 spline upgrade kit to suit D44s including tjs,xjs zjs and of course jks. Was a fairly straight forward fit and had no issues whatsoever with the ABS system on my jk. Here are the pics. We are selling these for $695 inc GST and I can cut to length for you if you require.
