What Jeep do I drive?: XJ
Default my xj tyres on suzuki rims?

i have some old 225/75/15s i took off my xj, and im wondering if they will fit on my sierras 5.5 inch wide rim... i think the current tyres on the sierra are 195/70/15.
i just wanna know the the 5.5 inch wide rim will be to narrow for the 225/70.
thanks

i have run 30x9.5 tyres on stock sierra rims on a sierra and it was fine. Not certain but i think 225/75 15's are about the same size?

may depend on if it's WT or NT. On my WT i only cut of the front outriggers. With stock suspension and bumpstops it only just touched in the front when flexed hard so you should be fine. But gearing sucked with 30's and stock gears.
