For those who are still following my slow build! I ordered the replacement whole front floor pan from wooders today, The jeep should be going out to my panelbeaters yard at the end of the week for him to start work on the rust in the firewall behind the guards and around the windscreen hinges till the new floorpan comes in.

Probably will need to drop the fuel tank again and replace the sending unit as it appears to always be showing full however i will test the wire first when i get a chance.

The HQ radiator i bought didn't fit so im looking at getting one of these:

Other then that have just been doing little bits and pieces, plan on taking the rollbar out tomorrow and asses if the rust is also in the rear section of floorpan just above the front floorpan.

Here is a spreadsheet i threw together, this does not contain everything i need to replace but a simple start, Need a lot of new bushings as well as new steering stabilizer, While i was under the car putting the fuel tank back in i also noticed the car has those adjustable shocks with the little knob on them.

And here are a bunch of pictures that i took tonight.

Hope you all enjoy.

Hey Mooka What year is your CJ ?
I ask because my handbrake (78 CJ7) is one of those stupid foot-pedal ones.
