On the value of the quadra-lift and quadra-drive if you aren't doing too much off-roading... well the quadra-lift is meant to give a better ride, from the reviews I have read, is better for towing and then when you do go off-road (on a soft-sand beach or rocky trail) you can lift up the car for that 1% of the time you need the clearance as opposed to getting a permanent lift and increasing the height and centre-of gravity 100% of the time, or crossing your fingers the clearance will be ok. Down side is, it costs money and people are nervous about how this system will hold up long term. If it does have a problem long term, like old car with leveling suspension you can probably just switch it back to normal shocks.
As for the off-road pack - if you do go on a rocky trail, the under-body protection may save you, but if you aren't doing it much, maybe you would be fine - tough to say. Then on the quadra-drive, I think the quadra-trac system (standard) is a pretty good system, but to have a ELSD for only ~$200 more than the skids plates alone, seems a bargain.
