The pump is part of the ABS module,Whole module could be by-passed but it would prob be illegal.
Also you must have had ABS if you have a pump & what has the new diff got to do with it ? is it missing sensors, is that what your saying ?

running all tj diffs no abs .brakes are disc alround and really good , there is a pump and the control module is on the right ??just taking up room ..bought it like that ..
I think what turbomat is getting at is where us the pump you are talking about. There is normally no pump on the diffs. So the abs pump/module you are referring to is in the engine bay and part of the brake system. You would have to rejig the brake pipe plumbing and there is a possibility the master in a non abs system is different. Bottom line is - did your car come equipped with and if so massively illegal to modify.
Do the TJ diffs have something on them you are referring to then maybe a pic or some clarification.
Youve confused the models, TJ diffs will not fit a wj (wj is wider) you have a ZG which is same width as TJ.
ABS module is in engine bay next to air cleaner & could be bypassed , write up is in www.mallcrawlin.com , but would be illegal to do in AUS.
