Did end up with a few bush pinstripes though.

For those of you than aren't aware of the product, I used Meguiars Scratch X2.0 which removed 99% of the scratches. I use a Makita polisher with the foam pad, not the lambswool. Works a treat.

Still might look into the 3M film that Trailhawk spoke about yesterday.

Thanks again for a great day.

Cheers, Craig
As I suspected, the 3M film package turned up on Saturday... I ended up with a couple of minor scratches and that's it, pretty surprising considering some of the tracks were very over grown.

Thanks to all involved in organizing this trip and turning up, we had a really good day and it was good to put some faces to names!

I wasn't so lucky.

Plenty of scratches. I have a few that seem like they've gone through the clear, a cut and polish will soon tell.

Im putting on 16s and new tyres this week so today I started peeling the plastidip off my stock wheels. It was extremely easy!

I think I might use this stuff as a panel protection on some key spots before heading out next time and just peel it off when I get home.
