Uneek WK2 Sump Plate Fitted
Installed my Uneek sump plate today.
I was initially a little hesitant to drill 3 holes in a perfectly good cross member but in the end it was all very easy.
It took a mate and I about 30-45 mins to fit including waiting for paint to sum-what dry.
Uneek have catered for bush mechanics by making the bolt holes on the plate a long oval shape so you don't have to be laser perfect with your drilling.
Only have a couple of minor issues being the sump plate slides under the Mopar plate behind it. I might have preferred it to be the other way around to remove a lip which could catch something.
And I am not sure why they make the hole to drill 20mm, could be 15mm without an issue.
Overall though I am happy with the fit and finish of the plate.
If anyone needs a replacement cardboard cover I now have a spare lying around.
