Anyone know the best method for sealing PVC pipe to concrete tank, mortar was used, but roots got in, and cracked it
The I/O looks like some kind of epoxy is used, and is working well

Product called Ferropre 2 Pack epoxy . Available @ Reece or plumbing supplies , about $45 for kit.
Mix it up when your hands are wet , I do it in a bucket of water.
Have fun it sticks to everything , including your fingernails
