Default Good auto elec in Brisbane?

Hi All,

Anyone know a good auto elec in Brisbane? Have tried a couple and neither filled me with confidence over the phone. One said that Jeep GC's are too hard, and the other said there was no money in installing dual battery systems, which seems odd!

Anyway looking to have an isolator and charger wired in to run a battery box in the tailgate.

Any advice welcomed!

Thanks,

Matt

Hey mate.

Have you thought about doing it yourself?

The kits that can be purchased these days are used friendly and very easy to install.

Where are you located

Ah ok...

I don't live to far away, mount cotton to be precise. Don't really know anyone in the area as I do all my own work ( I'm an auto electrician myself) I would offer to help but I work away and don't get much time at home to spend with the mrs.

The kits these days are really made for the novice. Everything is premadi. It's as simple as running the stuff and mounting the components.

If you are down the gold coast way I could reccomend someone, that's where I grew up and worked until a couple of years ago.

Matt, heard good things about go12volt in Brisbane. go12volt.com.au . Mate used him and happy with results - came and did it at his house, and did a brake controller for his camper at the same time. Looking at him doing my fridge set up.

Sorry to go off-topic, but I'm always looking for a good reference for workshop and auto electrician on the GC and Tweed Valley!
Could you PM me with your recommendation?
Thanks!
