Default CRD rough idle

Hi all
Recently got my CRD back from the dealer after trying to sort out my high fuel consumption issue,
New airflow meter and new egr assembly
No change in fuel usage but now I have noticed that I have a rough idle on the odd occasion.
I asked the dealer if they had tested the injectors when trying to solve the fuel consumption issue only to be told that they didn't need to be checked unless a fault code was evident and if there was found to be a faulty injector it wouldn't be covered by warranty.
Is this correct about the code and warranty?
The jeep still blows a big puff out on initial excelleration and I'm still getting 15s around town and 13-14 on a trip.
Who is the most recommended dealer in Perth I have used Melville and while Pete the desk jockey is pleasant I have no confidence in their mechanics.

Dealer are fags. I had the same problem with out a code and just returned each week for 3 weeks until the tow truck drop it off, 3 weeks later they did an injector test and as i have been saying, one was faulty.

Pay the money are get them tested yourself if you feel that is the problem. I got onto jeep aus directly and requested a test, the next day they called the dealership and it was approved.
