Default Front drive shaft CV boot
Hi, my partner has a 2003 KJ petrol 3.7l and I am finding it very difficult to find a CV boot for the front drive shaft at the transfer case end. Can someone point me in the right direction of where to get one or is there another make a vehicle that is compatible to this one as cannot get a listing for the KJ

I had two attempts at getting the right boot from the US. Forget who the supplier was and am not at home at present to check. Had a bit of trouble identifying the right bit. The boot for the rear shaft was available in Aus. so one would think the front would also be available. The incorrect one I have could be the front one.

I have had no luck with any listings so far with major auto shops. Tried Jeep which I knew would be a waste of time as they want to sell u the whole drive shaft. Any help appreciated. May end up just pulling it off and see if someone can match it

Can't help but think that if the boot is missing the cv is going to be stuffed anyway. Mine was missing too and hence the joint was stuffed. The one you speak of means it's a funnel for all things abrasive.. If you don't have it looked at by a professional and seal up a contaminated one you will create a ticking time bomb.
