Default Going to Tassie, worth taking the Jeep over?

Greetings and salutations, have a wedding in Tassie early next year. Contemplating extending the stay to a week. Is it worth while to take the Jeep across to explore the countryside? Not really interested in testing the car, just wondering if there a tracks that have great scenery that you would otherwise miss if sticking to paved roads.

Thanks in advance.

Definitely 100% worth it, but the more local knowledge you can milk the better.

That way you spend far more productive time actually wheeling the good shit, instead of looking around blind.

Surely some guys in here can point out some top spots.

Great, hopefully can get some advice where to go that will keep both me and the missus happy. I don't think I can convince her to be doing bog holes and mindless bush bashing on our holiday unless there is some sort of visual reward for her, not without her demanding to drive in which case I get bored :P

100% worth! If you can stay longer the better.
I took mine over last year and stayed for almost 3 weeks touring around Tassie and play at different tracks.
Do your homework first and plan accordingly. Some of those more challenging ones will need help from locals.

Just a suggestion, get a dash cam as well for your trip when taking your Jeep over. It's fun to record the whole trip.
It'll also give you something to play with when back home.
