50 will be made for the 50th anniversary of Jeep Safari.
Actually if you watch the press conference of the red rock launch on YouTube they say they will be building a limited run of only 50 but it won't be exactly the same.
As for biggest legal tyre size I wouldn't worry about the tyre placard as most manufacturers don't put all optional tyre sizes on the placard anymore. Instead check the approval number on the compliance plate and search it on the RVCS website. This will give you the largest optional tyre size and the stock ride height measurement which is what the police go off.
