Default 1996 XJ cherokee

Hi everyone,
I'm going to look at a 1996 XJ Cherokee,
Can anyone tell me some common problems to look out for with the 1996 model?
It has a lpg tank on the car but is currently disconnected, I asked why and he said that log is no good for the Cherokee and it also makes the car run hot, can anyone confirm this is true? I'm just really unsure why they would disconnect it unless there's a problem when it runs on lpg??? I'm just after some advice because I don't want to outlay money for a lemon
The car also has under 150,000 kms

Apart from the obvious wear and tear look for oil leaks (which applies to all Xj's) check for cracks around the chassis near the steering box and the panhard bracket, look for rust near the tailgate hinges, and look for signs of cooling system servicing/condition.
Just remember the 96 is 20yrs old now.

LPG disconnected how?. Have a look at the LPG compliance plate either on the tank where it must be and on the apron near the radiator, for the test date. 'He' said LPG no good for Cherokee's is a worry. Not too knowledgeable. Private or Stealer?
