I got a set from the US. The top hose fit fine, but I got the wrong bottom hose as some XJ's have a different one. The pic you posted looks like the right one. Mine works and looks fine. My rubber bottom hose has a spring in it to stop it collapsing. The silicone hoses don't have the spring, and I don't think they need it.
In my opinion, they are worth a try. Just keep your old ones under the back seat as spares.
