Hi,

Finding one in the uk thats not hrs away is a difficult task. let alone a good one.

Would sealing with a proper resin work? Then I could cover with a fleecey material after to make look good and warmer/reduce sound.

Taking it out was relatively simple, I feel replacing it is going to be a much tougher task!

you could try spraying it with a thin resin mix and then lay a sheet of Fiberglass matting over it and then respray, let it dry and then reupholstery with foam backed velour.

ive had my hood lining out and found that cleaning off the old foam knocked it around, i managed to get it recovered, but if i need to do it again that would be my approach.

trying to find a good one now considering even the newest is 17 years old is going to be tough.

Probably that would be the solution. Try to make like a fiberglass mould on the back side of existing liner and once dry just scrape off the old liner and you will have a base mould to glue the new liner on to .
