Hi and welcome to the forum. Have a look under the drivers seat, the battery is there.

Thank you. Well there you go, I said it was an elementary Q! Everything I've read refers to passenger seat, but I guess that applies to LHD!!

I just installed a 7 pin/Anderson plug double adapter to replace the existing Jeep 7pin and the badly placed Anderson plug that was just screwed into the plastic bumper. You can see the two holes where it was, lazy installation Jeep!
All good now, nice and tidy. 😊

I'd be telling them to fix the bumper. There again, I suppose they'd then balls that job up too.

Hadn't seen these Ark sockets before. Neat.

I ordered it from Autoelec if anyone is interested.

As for the screw holes in the rear bumper, I failed in my attempt to have the Jeep dealership replace a simple metal clip that holds a piece of trim down in the footwell. Even after I mentioned it to 4 different people during the booking and check in process on its first 1000km service. Guess what... not fixed.

Will try and repair it myself and will service the car through a mechanic for the rest of its life now due to that experience. The only thing I lose is the included roadside breakdown service, but that costs $99 per year with the NRMA in NSW. Small price to pay to actually have something done properly.
