Finished my rear bar, very happy with the clearance in the end.

Re-mounted my Rotopax containers on an angle to match the Trek Top slope. I did this to give me room behind it to eventually mount an air tank for the compressor.

Also ordered a NX Glide top but I've just been informed that there will be delays, so at this stage I have no idea when I'll receive it. However, once it arrives my OEM soft top and the current Trek top will go up for sale.

More prep done, ready for its first competition in 2 weeks. New g2 rear axles to replace the bent flange. New diff covers so I can use the diff as a rock breaker. Added some pressure to front hydros to stop them bottoming out so easy.
Thanks to All American Wheeling for hooking me up with the G2 axles, great blokes, will certainly be going through them again.

I installed the soft top last week for the first time... In the rain. Because I thought it would be better than sticking with my leaky brief top...

3 hours and much swearing later, I just zip-tied the latches to the windscreen footman loops as tight as I could. After heating up in the sun and stretching yesterday, I did the latches up properly with the help of a mate.

Protip - To dry out the carpets when it's wet outside or at night, leave the car running and the heater on with a window cracked a smidge. Mine dried out in an hour after I used a cloth to suck up around a litre of water from the footwells first.

Another protip - don't point the centre vents upwards when you run the heater for a long time. Condensation formed behind my head unit's screen, which luckily evaporated without any visible after-effects.

Put a dehumidifier inside the Jeep and let it dry overnight. Much simpler.

Getting comp prep finished up, put on new top and cargo cover. Finished tidying up shocks and played with pressures a little more, I’ve put the car on a diet so am going to have to pull the shocks and revalve them. Need to take out some pressure out of the hydros as limiting my travel a bit more for rock crawling.

The NX Glide Top arrived on Valentines Day so the missus wasn't happy receiving $50 flowers and my other love receiving a $2k top.

I finally got to install it today. When they say it will take 4 hours to install, they mean it!

Got the Uneek 4x4 bullbar installed. They ran out of stock on the skid plate so they said they'll ship it out to me when it's in stock.

Now I need to find a roof rack for the 2 door which works with the softtop. http://www.snakeracing.com.au/jk-jeep-roof-racks.html that one visually looks nice but it isn't available for the 2 door yet. Any suggestions?
