"Peninsular Link" has been on Melways in one form or another since 1969...

I just put in Clifton Hill to Dromana and it followed the usual fascination with Hoddle Street and the Monash - we always go out on the Eastern and continue down EastLink - it laid out a route down to the Monash then out on the Monash to EastLink and then down Peninsular Link. Mine is a MY15 with the latest update - 17 something.

Cheers

Maybe a later set of maps as well as the V17 of uConnect.

My maps are Map Database: CMCDP4ROW;NQROW2012Q4;20130422

Which I believe means they're 2012Q4 map data
Compiled on 20130422 (not sure what the 'compiled' does for the maps as I think I seen later compile dates with the same 2012Q4 data)

Yours maybe a bit later.

I just checked my system again after the uConnect V17 upgrade.

MY14 GC

uConnect: 17.43.01
Map Database: CMCVP4ROW;V1

If I now plot a course from home to Rye it correctly takes Monash to Eastlink to Peninsula Link to Rye.

So it must be the upgrade to uConnect V17 that corrected the routing as v14 and v16 plotted the route going via Frankston.

I'll see how it goes on the road and reverse one day soon.
