Talking Another New Member - WK2 JGC Overland V8
Hey all.
Well after 2 years of research and keeping an eye on prices, we finally bought a Jeep about 3 weeks ago.
Its a Silver WK2 2013 (2014 MY) Grand Cherokee Overland V8 with 75000 Kms.

The reason we waited this long as I am now retired from full time work and this was our retirement present

We used to a have a 2005 Ford Territory which didn't really do the job of towing our 18ft Regal Caravan and with some expectation of some minor off-road excursion like Fraser Island etc we needed something better... which of course the AWD Territory isn't really suited for...... inskip point Youtube clips prove that

The difference (of course) between the 2 cars is amazing... my wife and I both love it. It was a steep learning curve with all the high tech wizardry and the more we discover the better it gets. You can only look at so many youtube clips about a car... it turned out way better than I was expecting... it has exceeded my expectations.

Latest mod is I fitted a redarc Brake controller and I have added that info on a thread I found during my research.

Anyhow I look forward to many great adventures...
