I thought u said it was a 3.8 petrol. If it is a diesel, can't help you about that but all the other non-engine things will still hold.

My 07 JKU Rubicon has the 3.8L. petrol. I imagine if it is the 3.6 Petrol, the serpentine belt would need 2b changed.

For what u r paying u would spend about another $4000 and have a vehicle set for another 200000km.

Also may be useful to change the alternator as these tend to start squealing and dying around this mark.

U can buy all the suspension bushes, springs coils etc as well as all the brake parts etc from Repco or other suspension place. U cld get good d/c from Rrepco if u have an RCV orequiv members card or a motor trade/mechanic card/repco member card.

Don't buy from Jeep because u will pay more than double and the quality will not be as good.

Look around on internet for alternator because these can b expensive. Should be able to get one for about $500Aus.

If its the 2.8CRD like mine, check out the servicing records and make sure the timing belt / tensioner + water pump + coolant has been changed. If not get it done ASAP.
Always use original VM factory parts for this (not cheap after market Crown)
Consult 'Midnight Mods' website / Facebook
Do the usual fluid changes Diffs , transfer case , gear box if 6 speed manual.
Also if accessory belt & tensioner have been changed.
Map sensor would be worth changing at that mileage. (Just done mine)
