Ok so no one imported g2 diffs. That was my main enquiry.
I am not really trying to save money. I just wanted my diff ratios changed before I die of old age. I actually accepted the most expensive quote in SA. I believe in buying local and employing experts. Anyhoo I will call my guy 1 more time...
Wonder how many d44 will fit in a 20ft container...

even if the US could ship bare front 44 housing's to suit RHD that'd be cool as u run aftermarket diff centers with lockers anyway and aftermarket axles 1 would think the housings should be reasonable in price

I bought a similar gear with my choice of locker last week. Australia is rather unique in its import restrictions. You have to choose a shipping company who helps you with your customs duties and papers. I suggest you check ACC customs broker in Fremantle and they will provide you with the best services at an affordable price. One should have to gather the information about the shipping process such as general criteria required for shipping the gears, documents required, cost details, details of shipping company, etc. before shipping any of the vehicle overseas or within the country.

They are still shipping but there can be some wait times from certain states.

My orders from the USA are arriving as normal. Not sure on the larger items but can't see an issue.
