I think evic display is more of with worn injectors. Mine showed about 2 liters less than real consumption was. When I had all injectors refurbished, evic started to show bigger numbers than before but it was not due to real consumption rising but showing the real numbers. Now evic is 0.1-0.2 liters away from real fuel consumption.
I did some playing with WJ DiagPro injector learn and got the fuel correction values to look much better. But have not driven much after that so can not say if it really has significant effect to fuel consumption. Maybe have to drive sometime before even measuring so that car has time to ”adapt” to new values properly?
