Default Timing belt slipped.

Hello. I am in the process of replacing rockers and lifters on my 07 Wrangler CRD. I need a bit of advice if possible. Can you remove and install rockers/lifters without removing camshafts? I have searched hi and low for the manual for this emgine with no luck. The only CRD book I can find is for the KJ 2.8 which is a different animal when it comes to the cams. So far I have replaced timing and serpentine belts, water pump and tensioners. Just stumped on the cams. Never worked on a DOHC engine before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I think this is a RA 428 the same as used in a KK jeep. You may find more information on UK or EU forums. The KJ had a R428 with a different cam drive belt.
