This is probably the wrong place for this but i'm new hear.i have read many things on this site from some very knowledgeable people and thanks for the great info.i just have one question as i need to pull no,s 3,4,5 injectors out to clean up and re place leaking the seals i would like to know if any one on this forum has used the honda seals without problems as they are definitely thicker than the than the stand merc seals.i should add that number one and two have been changed with the merc seals, should i or shouldn't i.Thanks in advance.Cheers

I think you should be wary using different seals because the injector spray pattern can be effected by a small change in injector height. Having said that some of the other blokes on here know more about it than me. Why dont you just use the merc ones if you already used them on some injectors?? You probably will get 100,000 kms or more out of a set.I just changed all of mine a few thousand ago and the previous owner had used some other type and 3 of them were leaking...just starting to go black death.

If the seats are in good condition and the injector is installed and torqued correctly the MB injector seals seem to have no issues. I've done over 100,000km on a set of MB seals.
