Default Diff output shaft (CV) replacement
Just wondering if anyone has replaced theirs yet and at what kilometers? are you running a lift?

I have been running a Crown automotive leveling kit for almost 3 years and just fitted a full OME kit a week ago. Checking out under the car today and my front right output shaft seems to have a significant amount of play compared to the other 3 shafts, no real noise etc but at 135k is it time to proactively replace the shafts?

Do you mean axle shaft (diff to wheel) or drive shaft ( box to diff) ? either way the CV's will certainly let you know when they need replacing but depending on position a axle shaft may have a little bit more play than its mate......

Yep diff to wheel, some people call them CV shafts, output driveshafts, short axles but I like your description better diff to wheel shafts
