anyone in perth area done an egr delete on there gc diesel and if so
any recommendations and is it worth it?
Ive got a 2014 vm 3 litre diesel.
I had a look in my intake manifold after cleaning the difuser pipe and map sensor, what an oily mess!!
It's a 5 minute job. Just buy one of the many US kits, they are pretty cheap like under $100 landed and it is 4 bolts. Can't remember who I got mine off, but CNC'd ali plates with bolts

This is the kit I purchased. You will need to have the EGR turned off in the tune first though.
Kit is out of stock at the moment. The USA has been having big problems with EGR and Inlet manifild fires since they started playing with the tunes for the EPA.
