Default Front wiper motor not working

Hi, im after assistance with diagnosing/repairing my front wipers, Car is a 2012 GC WK2 Diesel.

A bit of history, a few years ago I had the fuel pump relay issue happen, car was dead, I dont believe the recall was done at the time, cost an arm and a leg for it to be fixed as the local shop first tried replacing the fuel pump itself before towing it to the Jeep Dealership 300klm away.
The dealership fixed the Jeep I assume by bypassing the fp relay. I however found out later that the front wipers were not operational. Dealership claimed it was a dead motor, so i sourced a 2nd hand wiper motor and swapped it out and it did not work.
So I went to the trouble of pulling the fuse box out and I replaced the relay on the tipm that controls the front wiper motor. Voila I had working wipers again.

This year I decided to tackle a leaking TX Valve as my evaporator had been freezing over. So the wiper assembly came out a long with the heat shields etc to gain access, new tx valve did not come with new washer seals so the car sat under the car port for a week and a half while i waited for new seals to be delivered, meanwhile we had bad rainstorms (point being the area under the wiper cowl was potentially exposed to the weather).
Tx valve replaced, everything reassembled and the A/C is working well now, problem being the front wiper is no longer working again.
(At the same time I was getting an extended crank issue which was fixable by wacking the external FP relay. I have since replaced the relay with a Narva)

Steps ive taken to diagnose, I have plugged in the spare wiper motor and it doesnt work. I have checked the fuse in the engine bay fusebox and it is fine. Yesterday i pulled the tipm out and changed the relay again as i had bought a spare, put it all back together and still nothing. With a multimeter I have checked the plug, and all I know is one of the pins gets a constant 12v when the ignition is set to run, also another pin has ground, which leaves the other 2 pins HI and LO.
Front washer jets are working, rear washer/wiper is working, no other electrical gremlins are apparent. OBD reader shows no faults.

I have a week of work in the bush coming up and would like the have working wipers asap. So after ideas or a workaround to manually activate the wipers if i get caught in the rain.
