Does anyone have a link to / or list of consumables for the 3 hoses that need to be replaced? Fuel lines as well? Thought I had saved it somewhere but can't find it. Would like to get parts in, and have them sitting ready for when I need/ have time to do it? Plus what's the reasoning for some replacing the injector lines? Are they a one time install thing? Cheers / TIA!

The Valley of death hose is an after market job.... supplied bu whoever does the job don't want to use the Mopar one.... may find the sizing in links below.

Oil Cooler Hose; Mopar 68147604AA or Commodore CH2280C and trim to size.

EGR Cooler Hose; Mopar 68253365AA or Mackay CH998C or Gates 02-0943

The above hose are generic sizes check hose bins at auto shops and save hundreds.

Links; might be a help.

If you want to go genuine then Rockauto.

When doing the hose from hell most just reuse the fuel lines, if you don't butcher the fittings doesn't seem to be a problem..

Some very good detailed descriptions on how to perform this task if you use the search bar being specific.
Also....GDL Auto has 2x very good UTUBE Clips on 'how to'
