Check out my Ride(s)
Default Transfer case and diff oils

I'm coming up to 160k and thinking it's probably time to change the transfer case and diff oils, but I know from experience if I ask the dealer to do it at the next service I will need to save up for it! 'ha ha, did you rob a bank on the way here ' was what they said last time!
Any alternatives to consider apart from oils that come in a bottle with 'Mopar' labels?
If so, I will get the stuff and have it done somewhere else.

I do my TC when I do the ATF, it gets Penrite ATF-FS 1.9lts and the Diffs get Penrite pro Gear 75W85 GL5 , 2 lts covers it...... I use a small hand pump on bottle as squeezy bags its a bit tight.........

Note : 1. My rear diff doesn't have the Electronic LSD .... I think the ELSD has a different grade ??
2. The diff oil is GL5 do not use any other GL grade or bits can get eaten.

Nulon has alternatives as well but you may find the Mopar stuff to be at similar price if bought from the Spares dept....

Yeah from your signature crdv6 it looks like you'll need to the ELSD oil in the rear diff - if you have air suspension, this is the case.

Can't remember what the grade is though...

Dug around in my good book, I have noted if you use Mopar gear oil then they require friction modifier to be added, if you use after market Penrite/Nulon etc then their diff oils don't require friction modifiers, use of 75W85-90 or 140 isn't a real issue, depends on use but must be GL5 grade............ Diffs are the 230RIA made by ZF not DANA, just with or without ELSD .... The old way to check if you have or haven't mofifiers or enough is to do very tight figure 8's in some gravel and listen for the clicks, no clicks all good.. I have always used Penrite/Valvoline or Nulon in my Jeep Diffs no drama and never added extra modifier.

Actually have been thinking if I should have upped mine to 90 due to towing a lot......... but changed more than they reckon so should be all good.

If you have a socket set and half an idea, it will take about 20mins for the diffs and transfer case. I just use the Nulon squeeze bags but Penrite and a pump bottle will work too.
