The shocks are Ranchos dont no which ones Frank should let you no.Yes there is a grease nipple in the new bolts that came with the johnny joint that is fitted at the axle end .The other end is the steel bushing is cut out of Franks Rancho straight arms .They are about 54mm long and 54mm in diameter about 6mm wall thickness. The only control arms that were replaced were the lower fronts as if you undo your front passenger side shck at the top then ramp the car drivers side up you will see that the lower control arm wether it be a standard arm or an aftermarket Rancho arm both limite suspension flex because they hit the mounting for the lower end of that shock. With this in mind we of set the tube for the arm to the bottom of the bushing the tube is 1inch shed 80 its about 33mm od with a 6mm wall thickness ive been running this tube on my car for 18 months on a GQ patrol i made a 5 link front have given it heaps and havent bent one yet.We made the arms adjustable by weldind a 1inch unf nut to the end of the tube drilling out about 1 to 1.5 mm so that 1inch unf threaded bar will fit inside then welded the other eye to the end of the threaded rod this makes them adjustable about 75mm each way. This also lets you adjust your castor settings on the front end or if you do the upper arms as well you could wind them out to increase your wheel base or keep it standard when you lift the vehicle as your arms tend to tuck under. The uppers will be done when Frank gets some more johnny joints these arnt nesisery but releave the twisting stress put on your bushes and arms under articulation or you can do as i do and when wheeling undo the locking nut on the threaded rod section and let it pivot on the threaded bar no load on your bushings at all .As for cost not sure yet just want to get a full set up running first and make sure there just what we want then well see
