Billsta - ARB air compressor mounting question

Hey there Billsta

As far as you can tell, how was your compressor mounted under the seat? I saw that your carpet had been cut out, so that's OK, but do the four bolts holding the square compressor bracket down to the floor shell directly protrude through to underneath the floor? Is the steel only a single layer thick as far as you know? I don't want to go drilling though that area until I know it's been done before.....

It seems clear of any electricals or plumbing at that point, but your advice is sought. Is it possible for you to throw up a photo of the compressor area under the seat for me so I can see just how much carpet had to go?

It's allright Billsta. I've already done it. Fabbo job if I say so myself. The only thing in the way underneath was the diesel fuel cooler... which you don't have. I went around it...
