Bent chassis or perches?
But i'd suggest it's the weight distribution of the vehicle.

Wooders,
What would be heavy enough to cause the drivers side to drop 10 -15mm?
It's fairly standard other than the lift and a roof rack.
the compressor on the drivers side is only 1 -2 kg.

Engine?
Some kits (eg OME) have the springs marked D/P......gotta ask why

Did you swap both the front and rear springs left to right?

Yes both swapped at same time.
The list to the right was about the same front & rear.
I still question what else can cause this to happen, as swapping the springs left to right if it was the springs causining the problem would transfer the list from the right to the left.

As some people have mentioned, could be in need of an adjustable panhard rod, but it'd have to be way out for it to cause the vehicle to lean to the driver's side. You'd clearly be able to see the tyre sticking out on one side.
Aside from that it's hard to say. Are you sure the ground you're measuring it on is level? Are you able to see the lean in a pic if you take a pic?

The ground is level, I'll try and get a photo of it tonite, and post it here.
you can cleary see the lean from 50m away.
