Why put off until tomorrow what you can do today. Your post inspired me, I went out and took off the front swaybar and these are the results:

This is as far as I could get the front to compress.

I went to the Jeep dealership to try their ramp but they had a stinkin' Dodge truck parked on the ramp.

The rear articulates well, but I'm all over the flares. I'm praying that the 12mm extra lift will eliminate that. If not, I'm going to have to add some bump stop to it. It's not rubbing here but soon after.

Interesting. The front doesnt tuck as well as I thought it would. I think the binding of the front spring in conjunction with the poly spacer does that.
Mutt, did you get under the front of the car to inspect the IFS whilst flexing ? I think you should look for 2 things.
1) front coil bind
2) how far away is the top bumpstop from touching ?

The front end of mine tucks well (for an IFS!), however its STILL no touching the bump stop - makes you wonder how the hell they engineered it for stock right ?

Here's a pic from yesterday - front tuck

I even tried pulling the right front up on a 500mm block, it didn't budge. I can get the front to dive under extreme braking........I tried it to see how it would react. Makes me think that OME927 is a monster. Tomorrow, I'll check to see if it binds. The good news is that it doesn't rub anywhere, I turned the wheels from lock to lock.

Hmmmm.........you're running the 927s also..............???

Yup, cirtainly am, but remember mine is a CRD so there is a bit of extra weight in the front end.

My MTR's rub slightly on the very top of the inner wheel arch lining, not enough to worry about though. I'll probably take them out one day soon.
