After my last outing I have bashed up the very bottom of my rear quarter panels I thought about choping them off under the trim panel can this be done without leaving them flaping in the breeze
eww that looks a bit rough, why don't you get some alloy diamond plate cut and shaped and rivot or bolt it on, seen heaps of pics of xj's with that but can't find one right now
I need to have a good lok and plan but its bashed in because It hit something while wheeling if it ain,t there it wont get hit I'll cover the cut with trim but just wanted to know if it can be done without cuting off a seam or anything I have a new bar on the way so I will size it up then
Thanks Glenn! That was before the rear bar was refitted, and then the bottom was plated with 4mm steel so yeah its messy when its not finished. Have plans to redo this mod on the new Rescue Cherro.
