Advert is a scam. You can tell by the instructions at the top of the advert saying not to hide your email address when communicating. This then allows this fraudster to email you directly (avoiding ebay detection) about how she/he is overseas and if you deposit $X to their account or send a deposit by western union the car will be yours.
