The backing plate spacer is completely made on their CNC mill as well as the backing plate drilling and machining. The seal spacer for the D44 is completely made on their CNC lathe. Nothing is done by hand so results are always the identical and accurate.

guys, i gotta tell you just how good this setup is. i had both front and rear done and its awesome. I run 35" Maxxis creepy crawlers and these are big tyres. This setup stops my truck like it did on stock tyres and whats better is I now have a working handbrake. i will also say for the record that the manufacturers UPC are great to deal with and Tony is extremely helpful and certianly knows his product. Thanks to Gojeep for a great design and thanks to UPC for a well made product

Thanks for posting your impressions.
Which bolts were they by the way. The three that hold the hub in as well or the two that bolt into the caliper slide pins?

The two that bolt into the caliper slide pins came out. To tighten these I assume you need to hold the nut with a spanner whilst turning the bolt?

That is right. I have never had to take these out but many do when changing the pads leaving the caliper bracket in place over the rotor. I tend to remove the two larger ones that hold the that bracket to the main mount when changing pads but might try the other way to compare. I will try different pads then too as think we can get even more bite with standard pads over the police compound ones which need some heat in them to work at their best.
