I had the IPF lenses and wiring upgrade in my XJ, it was awsome, i took the cibie spotlights off because they werent providing any extra light anymore. I had 100w low beam 170w high beam. Not allowed to have headlight protectors on and the IPF lenses dont have any provision for park lights.

what did you do for parklights?? Why aren't you allowed headlight protectors? I don't think you are allowed 100w/170w globes either

Didnt have park lights. Lights get too hot and can melt the headlight protectors and protectors stop the air from cooling the headlight lens.
Probably cant have 100w/170w, but they work great. I was eventually going
to just use parkers in the bullbar.

I want to put new lenses in. Parkers in bullbar sounds good. Or replace indicators with parkers and run indicators on bar.
