No issues as far as I've noticed, MDS seems perfect.
Penrite list it specifically for the 5.7 Hemi, meeting all APIs, etc.
The 0W cold viscosity is a no-brainer, a lower cold viscosity is _always_ better, no exceptions. So there's no reason to avoid it due to that.
I've wondered if the hot rating of 30 would be too viscos for the MDS... but it's really not much thicker than the spec'd 25, assuming everything else being equal.
I pay around $60/5L from Repco at trade.
It needs to be ordered in at most stores.
Just be aware that "HPR 0" used to be semi-synthetic, and is now fully synthetic. The labels are otherwise totally identical, so be careful with old stock still around.
Penrite are now also listing Enviro+ 5W-30 for the Hemis now too, which I'm suspicious of.
When I first started using it, Repco told me that they thought Penrite may be phasing the HPR out to be replaced with Enviro+... that turned out to most-likely be a miscommunication with HPR going from semi to full synthetic.

G'day James / Briteway....
Changed from Lucas 5W-20 full syntho a couple of weeks ago, to Penrite HPR-0.
Lucas is good stuff (when you can get it) I sourced some @ $14.00/quart but decided to give the Penrite a try anyway ($12.00/liter at Autopro)
Hemi tick is back until engine warms up, then quietens down.
MDS just fine....on most of the time. If I need to 'go a little faster' I just hit Tow/Haul button which switches the MDS off.
Seems my L/100k has dropped a little too.....maybe by 1.5 - 2L/100k mixed driving ?
