Well done FCA,
maybe their new tv advertising is true re better customer service . A whole new attitude to customers.!However one must remember that ACCC were well aware of the problem .the petrol WK had the same alternator same dangerous faults it was given a world wide safety recall mandated by US government.
Now FCA get off your backside and get a fix for my 2012 WK2s fuel pump relay debacle ,another world wide safety recall to fix stalling when driving ,no start,.etc To state you have a fix underway but no parts available is a joke. This is an extremely dangerous fault. ACCC are aware of your inaction re this recall.

A good start and hopefully it continues, but we need more runs on the board to demonstrate consistency. When a pattern of positive action emerges we might be justified in shifting our level of confidence in the FCA customer service policy from cynical to optimistic. Recovering from a bad reputation takes many, many times longer than it does to establish one in the first place. Let's keep watching this space closely before we heap too much praise.

think century batteries have just upped there warranty up to 36 months, their AGM batteries are a reasonable price if you shop around.

I replaced mine today with a century from supercheap. 36 month warranty and stores everywhere so warranty shouldn’t be an issue
